EnVisual360: Central Module

EnVisual360 has a fairly simple interface. To get customer data, click on the Clients tab, and enter the last name in the search field. This will show you all the information about the customer, such as customer addresses, contact details, key dates, and user notes. Files and documents attached to customers are also accessible from the CRM module and can be scrolled with a simple swipe of the mouse or touchscreen of the device.

Regulatory data can also be accessed from the CRM. For example, we use a shortcut to go to our FATCA and CRS forms to view customer data. There is also a real-time watchlist scan.

EnVisual360: Document Handling

LiveFile securely stores client files, including emails, office files, scanned documents, and media files. LiveFile is fast and easy to use. It is fairly quick to implement. Since LiveFile is an integrated module in enVisual360, you can easily extract documents from other visual modules.

EnVisual360: Other Modules

Entity Administrator. Provides all the tools needed to administer companies and trusts. It includes features such as full corporate control, trust distribution, share registration, etc. All features are supported by an automated resolution generation system.

The Accounting module provides multi-currency accounting and finance functionality for all your managed entities as well as your firm. Sub-modules include the General Ledger, Work in Progress, Sales Ledger, Enterprise Invoicing, Purchase Ledger, and Investment Registers.

EnVisual360: AIR Web Portal

AIR web portal. The last tool in enVisual360 that we will look at today is Visual Air. This is for interacting with you and your visual system. Clients can log into Air using just a web browser, where they will have secure access to the documents of the entities under management, files that you have shared, including client account statements, and so on. Using the built-in secure messaging system with Air, clients can communicate with you.
